One to one and small group work

Bodymind Therapeutics can support many conditions using a range of tools, including body‑based healing techniques and practices from the wisdom traditions of Buddhism and Yoga, such as mindfulness training and breathing practices, coupled with contemporary, evidence‑informed therapeutic methods.
The aim is to empower you with practical tools that allow healing to occur and improve quality of life. These techniques are offered with clinical safeguards and can be used alongside existing medical or psychological care.

Depression, Anxiety, Stress or Burnout

Psycho-somatic evidence-based approaches to support emotional regulation, restore energy and homeostasis, build resilience and enhance emotional and physical wellbeing.

Chronic Fatigue

Gentle, body-informed strategies to work with energy depletion, pacing, and nervous system recovery.

Sleep Issues

Addressing the root causes of disrupted sleep through sleep hygiene guidance, mindfulness, nervous system regulation and breathwork techniques.

Chronic Pain

Integrating mind-body approaches to help shift your relationship with pain and improve quality of life.

Autoimmune Disorders

Supportive therapeutic work to help manage stress, inflammation responses, and emotional wellbeing alongside medical care.

Digestive Issues

Exploring the gut-brain connection through somatic and stress-reduction techniques to support digestive health.

Trauma‑sensitive, embodied approaches to support processing, regulation and adaptive coping through bereavement and life transitions.

These are some examples of physical and mental health conditions, but if your condition is not listed here an integrative approach may still be able to support you.
All sessions incorporate:

  • Embodied Self‑Understanding — Learning how your body and mind interact, and how simple, embodied practices can reshape your inner landscape.

  • Collaborative Healing — The co-creation of a therapeutic process that honours your history, needs, and goals and empowers you with tools to manage your own health and wellbeing.

Small Group Therapeutic Yoga
Bodymind Therapeutics also offers small group sessions and courses to support those with similar health conditions.

The Minded Institute 8 Week Course- "Yoga Therapy for the Mind" is available soon, to support those living with Anxiety disorders, Depression (uni and bipolar), Stress and anyone who needs to develop skills to support their wellbeing.

The Minded 8 Week course is run over 8 sessions, consisting of 2 hours per session. Equipment is provided.
A manual and course tracks are provided (clients cover costs) and suggestions for home practice, via the manual.

Sessions involve:
  • Psycho education

  • A Theme- focused on an aspect of physiological regulation, building up to mindfulness development

  • Yoga asana practice

  • Formal breathing practice

  • Group activity

  • Group discussion

Acceptance, Community, Awareness, Regulation and Empowerment.
